Michele Love Santoro is NorCal raised and SoCal trained, with boots currently on the ground in Atlanta—often spotted rockin' a Dodgers hat on the infamous BeltLine.

She originally chose Loyola Marymount University for its film program before making a last-minute pivot to the "safer" major of International Business in support of a serious case of wanderlust, which led to years of traveling and living abroad.

Then she got a real job.

At CollegeHumor, Michele directed and produced hundreds of comedy sketches, a crash course that became her real film school. After four and a half years, and approximately one lifetime's quota of d*ck jokes, she went freelance in 2015.

Since then, she's been writing, producing, and directing through MLS Films Inc., creating short films, commercials, and narrative digital series for a variety of platforms and brands.

Her next short film, BUTCHER, is currently in production. Her debut feature, Maybe Montana, is next—assuming she either wins the lottery or discovers she's secretly been a trust fund baby this whole time.
