We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the Alliance of Women Directors’ Icon-Versations — created exclusively for our community to inspire, empower, and spark deeper conversations!

The AWD Podcast: Icon-Versations brings together our esteemed Icon Members — distinguished directors and advocates for AWD’s mission for parity — in raw, unfiltered conversations without a host. These intimate, inspiring, and often hilarious exchanges offer a rare peek into what happens when experts connect on a deep level.

In this first episode, “Find Your Tribe”, Hanelle Culpepper & Morenike Joela Evans dive into trusting creative instincts, mentorship, and building a support network.
