Alliance of Women Directors’ (AWD) #MentorLatinaDirectors (#MLD) Fellowship is for current AWD Directing Members who identify as Latine and/or Indigenous. The program is designed to foster career growth and meaningful relationships through craft enrichment and connections with Industry creatives.
The program consists of:
· Meetings between Mentor/Mentees, to guide and advise Fellows’ career development in specified areas of their interest(s)
· Industry networking opportunities, community-building activities, and regular meetings among each cohort
· Education, training, and artistic growth through scheduled salons and workshops
