Alliance of Women Directors (AWD) proudly hosted two exciting panels at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con: Latinas Directing From Within, featured members of AWD’s Mentor Latina Directors Initiative: Eunice Levis, Gabby Revilla Lugo, Jessica Rae, Saray Bravo Guidetti, and Evelyn Belasco, alongside directors Rachel Raimist and Linda Mendoza with AWD Board Member Melissa Balint moderating and In Sync: Directors & Composers, presented by AWD in partnership with the Alliance for Women Film Composers (AWFC). This panel featured directors Morenike Joela Evans, Kristin Windell, and Tara Miele in conversation with composers Andrea Datzman, Joy Ngiaw, and Dara Taylor, moderated by AWD Board Member Ashley Maria.
The In Sync panelists and Board Member Melissa Balint were thrilled to talk with Moderated by Matt afterwards. Check out the interviews HERE.
