Natalie Avital has worked in the entertainment industry for the better part of two decades.
In 2015, her directorial debut feature documentary, 3 Hikers, premiered at AFI Docs and went on to screen at festivals including Ashland IFF, Woodstock FF, Bentonville FF, AmDocs, Salem FF, and Atlanta JFF. The film was also a featured project in the Arclight Documentary Screening series in November of 2015. In October of 2017, 3 Hikers had its TV Broadcast Premiere on Starz, as part of the network’s new primetime feature documentary programming.
Natalie is currently in production on a new documentary project highlighting the systemic obstacles that continue to exist regarding sexual assault cases being prosecuted within the Military justice system. Additionally, Natalie directed the scripted short film, The Accent Wall, along with an episode of the 2018 scripted web series, Uncorked. In 2018, she directed the documentary short, The Royals, made in conjunction with Matthew Lillard and the 5 Acres Foster Care Community.
In 2020 and 2021, Natalie has directed English Language voice dubbing for various Netflix projects. These projects include a 10 episode season of the Korean TV show, Move to Heaven, an 8- episode season of English language voice dubbing for the Spanish television show, Valeria, as well as two multi-episode DocuSeries, SanPa, and Anitta: Live in Honorio.
