Jeanne Marie Spicuzza is a writer, actress, filmmaker and herbalist. She is the founder and CEO of Seasons & a Muse, Inc., a seven-division arts and entertainment corporation, and the president of Seasons & a Muse Productions. She is the winner, nominee and honoree of various awards, including the VDKUF Award, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting, the Golden Headset Award, the National Organization for Women “Woman of the Year,” and the Shepherd Express Best Performance Artist of the Year. A Pushcart Prize nominee, Jeanne Marie is published in ‘A Gathering of Tribes,’ ‘Blue Fifth Review,’ ‘The Nervous Breakdown’ and others. Her films have screened at LA Femme Film Festival, Portobello Film Festival, Wisconsin Film Festival, Berlinale European Film Market and more. Audio segments from her biopic screenplay “Breath of God: The True Story of Hildegard von Bingen” are on permanent exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum, as part of Judy Chicago’s ‘The Dinner Party.” Jeanne Marie’s premiere feature thriller, "The Scarapist," was released into theaters in fall 2015 and on VOD in 2016. Jeanne Marie is in post-production of her second feature, "Night Rain," with dramedy “Making Angels” and "Breath of God" to follow.
